How We Teach What Works

Real Deal Analysis

Every session includes breakdowns of actual sales conversations. You'll see what worked, what failed, and why. We use recordings from real negotiations across different industries so you can spot patterns that apply to your market.

Live Practice Sessions

Role-playing feels awkward until you realize it's the only way to get better without risking real deals. You'll practice handling objections, presenting value, and navigating difficult conversations in a setting where mistakes help you improve.

Personalized Feedback

What Eight Months Looks Like

Our next cohort begins September 2025. The program runs through April 2026. Expect to commit 12 hours per week including live sessions, practice time, and real-world application.

Foundation Building

We start with buyer psychology and decision-making frameworks. You'll learn why people buy and how to structure conversations that uncover real needs. This phase includes analyzing successful deals from various industries and identifying transferable patterns.

Months 3-5

Advanced Techniques

Now you'll work on complex scenarios: multi-stakeholder deals, long sales cycles, and high-value negotiations. Each week focuses on different challenges with live practice and detailed feedback on your approach and communication patterns.

Real-World Application

The final phase centers on your actual deals. Bring real opportunities to sessions for group analysis and strategy development. You'll apply everything learned while getting coaching on specific situations you're facing in your territory.
